Bootcamps – AR & VR – Investment Readiness Bootcamps

We are very pleased to be able to invite you to apply for a free space within the Immerse UK Investment Readiness Bootcamp programme for AR & VR companies looking to raise equity funding (typically £150k-£1m) within the next 6 months. You will be offered the support to be ready to stand up to the rigour of investor questions. The 3 stage programme comprises:

Management team call – to each team, to discuss current status of their business, an initial review of investment material, and understanding of the level of the entrepreneurs’ prior-investment knowledge

Investor Readiness Bootcamp Workshop Day – a full day workshop for >8 companies, delivered in an intensive and interactive format at the London offices of Immerse UK, which covers:

Advice on appropriate investment by life stage

Due Diligence overview

Document review

Valuation / CAP Tables

Investor Relation

Investment Roadmap and future rounds of investment

Next steps 1:1 session on Investment Readiness status

Post-Programme Management Team call – a follow up call to review any changes made to collateral and ensure the companies have embedded the knowledge from the day and follow up on the suggested next steps prior to investor event

You will complete a fund raising road map and your strategic plan for securing investment.

We will expect you to have a business plan, financial model, executive summary and presentation deck , which will then be the basis for improvements from the Investor Readiness Bootcamp.

The day will be action packed with lots of advice particular to your business.

Business completing the programme, and deemed to be ready for investment will be invited to attend an industry investment event in late March 2018.
